Donald Trump’s struggling social-media platform will debut on the stock market soon, highlighting the contrast between the company’s weak performance and its pricey stock. Truth Social’s parent company will replace Digital World Acquisition on the Nasdaq stock exchange and trade under Trump’s initials as the ticker symbol. The parent company, called Trump Media & Technology Group, completed a merger with Digital World, a shell company that was already listed.
